Cutter was such a stud and sure knew his way way around my carpets. I could tell he had lots of experience and was very timely and professional. He absolutely cares about customer satisfaction! I hired Lloyd Carpet Cleaning to steam clean 4 bedrooms, a gameroom, stairs, and hopefully remove a couple bad pet spots we had. I've got to say, right of the bat I was impressed with this business. After he handed us his card and introduced him self, he then walked me through my home where I showed him our pet spots. He then sprayed one of the spots and scrubbed it, and with in 15 seconds the spot was almost gone and he hadn't even ran his steam machine over it yet. I hung out in my office and a couple hours later he told me he was done. I opened my office doors and the house smelt amazing. He told me the pet spots were gone, and that he also wiped the baseboards clean. He then showed me where he steamed the verticals on my stairs, and best of all he surprised me with pointing out that he had steam cleaned our dog bed for free. I hire a carpet cleaner every year for my home, and I've never seen one go the extra mile like Lloyd Carpet Cleaning.

We had our carpets professionally cleaned in one of our properties. Afterwards, it still smelled like dog. We called Lloyd Carpet Cleaning and were shocked at the amount of yuck that came out of the carpets. No more dog smell either!! They are super responsive and even text you to keep track of your appointment. We will definitely use them again.

Someone we use for our boat recommended Lloyd to clean our boat carpet and we ended up having them come to our homes to clean house 7 rooms. They got every stain out and were so professional and did an excellent job. We have now recommended them to all our friends and family as it is so hard to find a carpet cleaning company who does both great work but doesn't rip people off based on their zip codes. Shout out to Lloyd’s Carpet Cleaning for the fantastic service they did for us this past week! We had a party planned at our house on Sunday and I totally forgot to get our big area rug cleaned! With a husky fur baby it was a must! Cutter at Lloyd’s was able to get our rug done by Saturday and did a great job at a great price. Pick up and delivery! If you have area rugs that could use a good cleaning I highly recommend them!

Have now used Lloyd's Carpet cleaning service 4 times. Twice for the whole house cleaning and twice for our living room area rug. This last time was for our area rug. When I called, I offered to drop off the rug as we were in a time crunch. Instead of dropping it off, they came and picked it up and then delivered it two days later! Clean, fresh and ready to go! They were on time as usual, the price was very fair and did a great job on cleaning the rug! We have 3 cats and a large dog so the rug gets a lot of action. When the rug came back, you would swear an animal has never touched it! Great job guys! Highly recommend!

He saved our living room rug that we love so much! I know it's tough to fix someone else's mess, but he did! We hired a different company to clean it a month back and it was so bad when they were done with it, we thought we needed to ditch it and get a new one. Called Cutter and he said he would try. We told him we understood what we were asking and if it didn't work, there would be no hard feelings with him. Much to our surprise and pleasure he was able to clean our rug and fix the mistake of the other guy. He knew his stuff and knew just what to do to properly clean it. Cant recommend him enough!

I had Lloyds come out to spot treat red lipstick on our brand new carpet! Our technician was super nice, knowledgeable, and was honest about expectations. Not only did they get out the stain but he made sure to steam the carpet in the rest of the room as well! I also had them do our stairs since that is a highly trafficked area. We had Tim come through to do a cleaning and resealing of our tile in our front room, around 200 ish square feet. Mind you at least 15 years of potty training dogs has gone thru this house and while the hardwood faired well our light colored tile was not as fortunate, with some hard to reach pieces under heavy furniture too. Regular weekly mopping wasn’t keeping up anymore. Tim got there set up quickly and did all the scrubbing. He treated hard spots with extra care for us and made it look dramatically better. We can’t thank Llyod Carpet Cleaning enough! For a kind and courteous crew, attention to detail, affordable and great value price too!

Cutter and Karen were very helpful in explaining the process of steam cleaning, and most importantly honest. I called a lot of other companies who claim to get any stain out and can do wonders just to get the work I guess, but at Llyod carpet cleaning, they were upfront and honest about what they can or cannot do.
