We had Tim come through to do a cleaning and resealing of our tile in our front room, around 200 ish square feet. Mind you at least 15 years of potty training dogs has gone thru this house and while the hardwood faired well our light colored tile was not as fortunate, with some hard to reach pieces under heavy furniture too. Regular weekly mopping wasn’t keeping up anymore. Tim got there set up quickly and did all the scrubbing. He treated hard spots with extra care for us and made it look dramatically better. We can’t thank Llyod Carpet Cleaning enough! For a kind and courteous crew, attention to detail, affordable and great value price too!

Have now used Lloyd's Carpet cleaning service 4 times. Twice for the whole house cleaning and twice for our living room area rug. This last time was for our area rug. When I called, I offered to drop off the rug as we were in a time crunch. Instead of dropping it off, they came and picked it up and then delivered it two days later! Clean, fresh and ready to go! They were on time as usual, the price was very fair and did a great job on cleaning the rug! We have 3 cats and a large dog so the rug gets a lot of action. When the rug came back, you would swear an animal has never touched it! Great job guys! Highly recommend!

We had our carpets professionally cleaned in one of our properties. Afterwards, it still smelled like dog. He saved our living room rug that we love so much! I know it's tough to fix someone else's mess, but he did! We hired a different company to clean it a month back and it was so bad when they were done with it, we thought we needed to ditch it and get a new one. Called Cutter and he said he would try. We wanted to clean our carpets and upholstery before selling our house and it couldn't have been easier than it was with Lloyd Carpet Cleaning! Karen was super-friendly and helpful when we set the appointment, it was easy to get a quote up front, an itemized bill preview before we committed to service, and they were able to have someone out last-minute - on a weekend! And the work itself was great! We have a big, hairy dog that sheds everywhere and despite doing our best to prep before their arrival, we struggled to completely rid our furniture of our dogs hair. Our expectations were low for our couches. We got a call from the tech when he was onsite working on it. He basically said, "I've done the best I can with this" - to kind of manage our expectations. Everything he said jived with our expectations, so that wasn't a problem, but it was nice that they reached out to warn us... but when we actually saw the work, it was clear they went way beyond the expectations we had set. Found these guys online and I liked that the communication was through text. I got an appointment for the same week and was very pleased with the whole experience. We have 5 carpeted rooms and a mastiff dog so lots of build up everywhere but their process left everything looking and smelling good. This was my third time to use Lloyd Carpet Cleaning and they are the best I’ve ever used. The first time involved some intensive pet cleaning and they did an excellent job.

We needed a last minute carpet cleaning after we found out the cleaning service we hired doesn’t shampoo carpets. Front desk receptionist was so helpful and friendly! They were able to schedule the carpet cleaning the same day I called, arrived on time, and did an excellent job. Highly recommend!

I hired Lloyd Carpet Cleaning to steam clean 4 bedrooms, a gameroom, stairs, and hopefully remove a couple bad pet spots we had. I've got to say, right of the bat I was impressed with this business. After he handed us his card and introduced him self, he then walked me through my home where I showed him our pet spots. He then sprayed one of the spots and scrubbed it, and with in 15 seconds the spot was almost gone and he hadn't even ran his steam machine over it yet. I hung out in my office and a couple hours later he told me he was done. I opened my office doors and the house smelt amazing. He told me the pet spots were gone, and that he also wiped the baseboards clean. He then showed me where he steamed the verticals on my stairs, and best of all he surprised me with pointing out that he had steam cleaned our dog bed for free. I hire a carpet cleaner every year for my home, and I've never seen one go the extra mile like Lloyd Carpet Cleaning.
